Every order is wrapped discreetly and shipped with care. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your piece will arrive.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and hand-checked within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch notice with tracking once it leaves our atelier.
Delivery Times
Lagos: 1 to 2 working days. Rest of Nigeria: 2 to 4 working days. International: 5 to 10 working days, depending on destination and customs. Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery within Nigeria is complimentary on orders over ₦150,000, and international rates are shown clearly before you pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us and we will look into it for you.
