Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece. If something is not quite right, our returns process is simple and clearly set out below.
Our Return Window
You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible, pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact. For hygiene reasons, worn or opened intimate items cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and the piece you wish to return. We will confirm your return and share the next steps by email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or piece? We are happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Any difference in price is settled at the time of exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale pieces, gift cards and custom or personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
